Delivery in Canada

Products that are ordered before 2pm EST will be shipped the same business day. For Canadian orders, our suits are shipped from our warehouse in Ontario so depending on your location; delivery may take 1 to 7 business days.

The delivery times are Mondays to Fridays up to 6pm local time usually. On busy days, parcels may also be delivered in the evenings until 9pm. A signature is not required upon delivery, but we still recommend that someone is available to accept the parcel at the delivery address during office hours (for example your work address).

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your items have left our Ontario warehouse. A tracking link can be found within this email so that you can keep an eye on when your order will be delivered.

Delivery to destinations outside Canada

IMPORTANT: Please make sure you are on the correct part of the website by clicking on the appropriate flag at the top of the screen. For the US, the UK and Europe, please go to the appropriate part of the website to be offered a local delivery service.

Customers outside Canada may also be liable for any customs and import duty, quotas, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Therefore we suggest that you check the requirements in your country before placing an order. We will not be liable for any custom or import duties.

Returns

We can imagine that you cannot wait to try on your suit once you got it delivered. In the event that you don't quite fit into your suit, then we'll offer you the opportunity to send your suit back within fourteen working days in return for a new suit in the right size. We do ask you to carefully read the information on our Sizes and Measurements Page before returning your suit. Here you will find specific information, for instance with regards to our men’s suits, about the length of the pants and potentially shortening them. Please be aware that you can only return products on the condition that they’re complete, unworn (apart from trying it on) and unsoiled including the original labels within the same delivery box.

You would have to cover the mail costs to return your order yourself (unless you have received a faulty or incorrect item). Please contact us via returns@opposuits.com to arrange this and we'll make sure that you will get a replacement in the correct size very soon.

In the very unlikely event that you're not satisfied with the received product, we'll offer you the opportunity to send your product back within fourteen working days in return for a refund. Please be aware that you can only return products on the condition that they’re complete, unworn (apart from trying it on) and unsoiled including the original labels within the same delivery box. You would have to cover the mail costs to return your order yourself (unless you have received a faulty or incorrect item).
